Build Skating Mechanics, Balance, and Strength

Register your hockey or ringette team for the Power 456 Dry Ice Program. Marc’s unique skating program includes on-ice and off-ice exercises to improve skating technique, strength, and balance.

Marc has the ability to analyze movements with a technical eye, and effectively communicate areas for development and improvement. He helps players to develop higher speeds with more efficient skating technique. No matter the age or ability, every player is challenged and has fun with his “outside the box” creative lessons.
