Dryland Training

Off-ice training is a great way for your child to improve their performance on the ice.  But that’s just the beginning!   Our dryland training programs are carefully designed to expose your child to a wide variety of movement, balance, and strength training exercises.  This can stimulate physical development, improve physical fitness, increase functional capacity, and decrease the likelihood of injury by enhancing motor skills and muscle memory that only crosstraining can provide.


60 minutes


Instructor-led flexibility, balance, power, and strength exercises in a small group setting.


Pay As You Go

$135 per session


$595 for 5 sessions

Returning in August 2019… just in time to get ready for tryouts!


You must complete the RinkEye waiver form prior to the start of your session.  A legal guardian must sign the form if you are under 18 years old.
