Yoga, as a practice, has been around for thousands of years, but it’s adoption by elite hockey players around the world is very recent.  Our yoga sessions, led by certified yoga instructors, can help your child improve their flexibility, balance and muscle function; increase their power; enhance their ability to focus; foster resilience; and reduce their stress.  Improvements in flexibility, balance, and muscle function can protect against injury.  Come and give it a try!
