Off-ice training is a great way for team to workout together, get fit, and improve their performance on the ice. But that’s just the beginning! Our dryland training programs are carefully designed to expose your players to a wide variety of movement, balance, and strength training exercises. This can stimulate physical development, improve physical fitness, increase functional capacity, and decrease the likelihood of injury by enhancing motor skills and muscle memory that only crosstraining can provide.
Instructor-led flexibility, balance, power, and strength exercises.
